1. General Provisions

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers may seek product replacement from Ason Market, powered by Thaili Nepal International (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), in cases of product defect or misdelivery. By purchasing any product through Ason Market, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

2.1. Exchange requests shall only be entertained under the following conditions:
a. The product received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
b. The product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its intact packaging.
c. The Customer provides photographic evidence or relevant documentation demonstrating the defect or issue.

2.2. Customers are strictly advised not to accept delivery if the inner packaging appears tampered with or damaged.

3. Exchange Request Procedure

3.1. All exchange requests must be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by contacting our support team via email or telephone.

3.2. The request must include the order number and clear proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the product and packaging).

3.3. Upon validation, an Exchange Confirmation Email will be sent to the Customer, containing instructions for product return and replacement.

4. Customer Responsibility

4.1. The Customer is solely responsible for the safe return of the product in the condition it was received.

4.2. Return shipping arrangements and associated costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

5.1. Ason Market operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once sold, all products are final and non-refundable.

5.2. The following categories are excluded from return or exchange:a. Products sold as part of a combo offer or bundleb. Gift items or promotional giveawaysc. Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

6. Order Cancellations
